    Abstract: 大份量的訓練,會使運動員流失重要的微量礦物質。許多選手的日常飲食中,又都有鐵質和鋅質缺少的現象。有氧能量代謝中的電子傳遞系統、受傷後的復原、或氧氣在人體內的活性,鐵和鋅具關鍵性的角色。即使輕度的攝取不足,也可能影響選手的訓練效益和比賽成績,甚至拖延受傷後的復原時間,因此,競技選手,尤其訓練份量重者,像長跑、摔角、體操等項目,有必要瞭解這兩種微量礦物質的重要性;而且應確保在每天的飲食中,攝取人體所需的量。
