Abstract:	本研究目的在以質性研究之方式; 加強僑委會「臺灣移居美國僑民長期追蹤調查」之量化資料。方法上; 主要以美國洛杉磯地區為研究區; 以半結構性問卷和滾雪球的研究方法; 深入訪談三十位台灣僑民和二十位在當地的官方與社團領袖。目的在更深入了解美國臺灣新僑民移民後之移民經驗; 生活情形; 回流與認同。其結果將作為台美雙方移民政策之參考。
