Abstract:	在《左傳》一書中，對於重要人事，常以「君子曰」形式發論，劉知幾之《史通》將之歸於論贊之列，由於《左傳》之「君子曰」乃為評論《左傳》所載人事而發，全書中「君子曰」類發論共有八十九則。故本文首先自分析「君子曰」內容著手，以了解《左傳》一書在「君子曰」中，所呈現之思想背景，其次將「君子曰」分類，在依不同類別內容，來討論「君子曰」所展現之內涵。
