Abstract:	本文主要描述如何透過教學科技建置一個學習與教學資源的電子資料庫。利用的教學科技包含（一）多媒體檢索的電子資料庫技術，（二）知識管理和學習型組織的方法，（三）網際網路化的入口網站概念，（四）顧客關係管理的理念。並擬將上述的教學科技融合，期能建置一符合新需要的學習與教學資源的電子資料庫。
