Abstract:	本文的目的是爲避免體壇駭客運動禁藥曠及應用在國內運動訓練上，根據2004年WADA（世界反運動禁藥組織）公佈之最新運動禁藥清單內的禁用物質（興奮劑；麻醉性止痛劑；合成代謝劑；利尿劑；勝肽荷爾蒙），探討濫用運動禁藥對運動員的影響，說明使用這些運動禁藥雖在運動訓練上獲得短時間增進競技力的效果，但也有其長期危險運動員身心健康的事實，期望本文針對濫用運動禁藥對運動員的影響所提供的建言，能對國內運動員及教練在運動訓練應用上有所助益。
