Abstract:	研究以「深度訪談」訪問八位具代表性之實務運動心理諮商工作者，旨在經由諮商者多年的經驗內容，探討台灣執行運動心理諮商工作相關的課題，內容包括：運動心理諮商員在過程中最常扮演的角色、諮商最重要的要素、運動心理諮商中所用的心理諮商取向、經年來諮商取向的進展或轉變、諮商過程中的兩難課題、工作中所獲得的成就感與挫折、學習與成長、諮商員應擁有的尊嚴與權利、及應具備的條件與專業訓練。本文以質性資料反映實務運動心理諮商之現況，是一份具有實用價值的真實紀錄，除了提供在這個領域中默默耕耘、各自摸索的實務運動心理諮商者之橫向交流外，更可作為有心參與者之入門參考資訊。
