Abstract:	幼兒可以藉由遊戲課程探索身體及與人互動，進而建立自信心及培養運動的興趣，提升未來成長必須的基本能力。本文主要目的為探討遊戲課程對幼兒生理、心理及社會性之效益，並提供一堂結合安全、有效及有趣的自編教學課程範例，藉以闡述遊戲課程的階段、內容及目標。利用文獻探討的方法，敘述遊戲課程對幼兒生理、心理及社會性之影響，針對指導員提出幼兒遊戲課程教學建議；本文認為幼兒成長過程所需的身體活動經驗，可藉由遊戲課程來建構，期望幼教工作者及指導員在規劃課程時，能依據幼兒發展的過程及個別的差異，配合授課環境，提供多樣化的內容，進而提升幼兒健康品質。
