Abstract:	在日新月異的運動競技場上，運動訓練與成績突破猛進的今天，教練所扮演的角色相對的越來越重要。教練是團隊的領導者，也是整個團隊的靈魂人物。本文從魅力領導出發，探討魅力領導的教練領導行為方式，將如何運用在教練領導行為中，藉由本文所提出魅力領導模式來彌補其他領導模式的不足，讓組織成員在此─魅力領導模式下，塑造個體在實現目標的過程中，展現出自主性及創造力，以不斷超越自我，追求卓越表現，是值得探究之議題。
