Abstract:	帕拉林匹克運動會(Paralympic Games，以下簡稱帕運)，為目前國際針對身心障礙者所舉辦的重大綜合型體育賽事。本文首就帕運演進脈絡簡易陳述，使讀者快速瞭解何謂帕運。接續透過帕運精神的推展道出現在舉辦模式，並透過歷屆參與帕運選手人口上升趨勢反思臺灣目前選手短缺所面臨的問題。最後提出整體帕運未來所面臨的優缺點以及臺灣所需重視之議題供社會大眾思考。
