Abstract:	本研究目的主要是在瞭解消費者對於比雅山景觀咖啡座的環境意象、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之影響，自然環境作為主要影響因子，是否會對顧客的滿意度與顧客忠誠度造成影響，進而改變消費者的購買行為。研究方式採便利抽樣，共發放問卷為500份，正式回收問卷為462份，回收率達92%。使用資料分析法為皮爾森積差相關與逐步迴歸分析。研究結果顯示：一、環境意象對顧客滿意度有正向影響力。二、環境意象對顧客忠誠度有正向影響力。三、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度有顯著正相關情形。
