    Abstract: 教育品質優劣成敗的關鍵在於教師,而教師素質的良窳影響學生學習與身心發展至鉅,教師教學行為的優劣亦攸關教學品質,更直接影響學生的學習成就。近年來,教師面臨的重要課題是增進教師專業發展,以及因應評鑑制度的潮流。而教師如何能面對此項課題之挑戰,可從覺察並省思其自身教學行為與教學歷程方面著手。教師透過覺察課堂發生事件,審視自身的教學行為,並運用正確具體的訊息,針對教學缺失加以改進,必能對提升教學效能有所助益。而系統觀察法正是提供教師具體完整的觀察與記錄的最佳工具。本文期望透過CSFI觀察系統之介紹,使教師妥善應用,做為省思並改進教學之依據,進而提升教學品質與教學成效,促進教師專業發展,並能從容應對所面臨教學評鑑之挑戰。
