Abstract:	冷戰時期的巴西物產豐饒、幅員廣大，急需大量具農業墾殖能力的農民，協助該國農業發展，是故十分歡迎農業技術移民。本研究係從外交部解密檔案的角度，探討冷戰時期引發屬於巴西臺灣移民者的移民動機，與苦心刻畫出遷移途徑。研究發現人口壓力、就業問題、擔心臺灣受到赤化以及巴西政府的歡迎等因素，吸引了臺灣人透過「指導移民」、「個別移民」、「農技團」等途徑移民至巴西。
