Abstract:	企業倫理不是一個新的議題，在古代希臘哲學家亞里斯多德的作品《尼可馬克倫理學》裡，已經對它有許多的著墨。因此，在探討企業倫理時，當今許多的學者都免不了參考亞里斯多德的這本著作。有鑑於此，本篇論文以亞里斯多德的《尼可馬克倫理學》為核心探討道德德性在大學的企業倫理的課程的重要性，並分析他對勇敢、節制、慷慨、和藹與公正的詮釋來檢視企業所應具備有的基本的企業倫理精神。
