Abstract:	中文摘要　　　　　新制度論主要分為理性選擇、杜會學與歷史制度論等三個範籌，它廣泛應用在政治學、經濟學、社會學與組織理論等領域，不過在公共行政很少有文獻加以整合探討，本文試圖將新制度論與公共行政相關議題如誘因結構、公共服務制度設計、行政決策、行政改革與政策網路作結合。英文摘要　　　　　New Institutionalism can be divided into three categories of rational choice, sociology and historical institutionalism, etc. It can be widely applied to the field of politics, economics, sociology and organization theory. But few of them have been investigated integratedly in public administration. Therefore, this article uses an integrated view on these relevant issues of public administration, such as incentive structure, institutional design of public service, administrative decision, administrative reform, and policy networks. The purpose of this article is aimed at associating these issues with neoinstitutionalism.
