Abstract:	中文摘要　　　　　商代國家政體的性質，近年來一直是研究殷商史學者討論的重點，但是論證雖多，始終未有定論。因此本文嘗試自下列三個主題：一、商代的分封制度；二、商代的宗族組織；三、商王與其宗族的關係，來研究商代國家政體的性質。英文摘要　　　　　The characteristics of the polity in shang dynasty have been focused by Ying-Shang scholars in recent years. Although a lot of the document still remains. Therefore this study sought to examine the characteristics of the polity in shang dynasty from three main themes: 1. The feudal system of the shang dynasty. 2. An organization of clan in shang dynasty. 3. The relation between the kind of shang and kings clan.
