There is a common characteristic to build temples performing rites in honor of ancestors in Yin and Chou dynasty. But there are still some differences in the rites between Yin and Chou dynasty. This paper is intended to study the differences through documents, oracle-bone and inscriptions.
There are six parts in this paper:

2.to whom the ancestors worship
3.the difference in simplicity and complexity of rites
4.the difference in offering livestock for sacrifice
