The goal of this study is to develop the evaluation instrument of elementary science
teachers in internship. Traditionally all science teachers of elementary and junior high school come
from 3 normal universities and 9 teachers' colleges. Now some universities, which designed
elementary and junior high school preservice teachers' course, have taught preservice elementary
and junior high school teachers.
The study is the third year's research in the three years' project, which was supported by
National Science Council. All flow chart and committee format are designed by the author.
The design of the study will be as the reference of all education administration institution to do
this kind of preservic teacher' internship education project. Also the education instrument will be ad
the reference for all teachers' cultimulate universities and college to develop their preservice
teachers' training projects.
