Abstract:	本研究以大專排球聯賽特優級之參賽學校，共 262 位選手為研究對象，並以自編之「大專排球教練之領導行為與選手滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具，探討有關選手知覺的教練領導行為內涵的差異情形，並探討大專特優級排球教練領導行為與選手滿意度之關係。研究結果發現：（一）球齡在 5 年以上的選手較球齡在 3-5 年的選手，知覺教練有較高的「關懷行為」。（二）聯賽成績在一~三名較七~九名知覺教練有較高的「民主行為」、「訓練與指導」與「獎勵行為」；聯賽成績在四~ 六名較七~九名知覺教練有較高的「訓練與指導」；聯賽成績在十~十二名較七~九名知覺教練有較高的「獎勵行為」。（三）知覺的關懷行為、知覺的獎勵行為、知覺的專制行為等三個構面可以有效預測大專特優級選手的滿意度。
