Abstract:	本研究的目的主要探討政府推行購物用塑膠袋及塑膠類（含保麗龍）免洗餐具限制使用政策，對民眾之影響。本研究為獲得具有代表性的實證分析資料，因此在研究方法上依序使用兩種研究方法。首先使用焦點團體訪談法為研究方法，目的在擷取有關大眾百姓對此政策的看法之初級資料；其次，再以焦點團體訪談之結果作為問卷設計依據，透過問卷調查方式進行資料收集，繼而以SPSS10.0版統計軟體進行資料分析。研究發現（1）民眾認為此政策確實造成生活上的不便，但仍會配合政府所推行的這項環保政策；（2）女性對於此項環保政策的配合度高於男性；（3）並且民眾普遍認為無論政府、企業（或商家）以及自己在此項環保政策的執行上都不夠確實。
