    Abstract: 教師評鑑乃是促進教師成長、提升學生學習的重要手段之一。本文首先說明我國教師成績考核制度的困境,其次,闡述美英兩國所實施的教師評鑑系統,再者,進行美英兩國教師評鑑系統的比較分析,最後,則以評鑑整體性的觀點,提出我國未來在規劃與實施教師評鑑系統的建議。
