Abstract:	本研究在瞭解電子產業從業人員對環境議題之知識、態度、行為意向與實際環境行為之現況。並探討環境知識、環境態度、環境行為意向與實際環境行為之影響，及其相互間之關係。研究發現電子產業從業人員在「環境生態」及「環境保育」方面的知識得分最高，在「國際公約」及「臭氧層破洞與酸雨之成因」方面的知識有待加強；在環境態度方面為正向，有高達84.5％之電子產業從業人員認為政府應限制電子產業的污染排放；實際之環境行為顯示為約半做到，應加強之；環境行為意向方面傾向中立，其中表現最為正向的是生態管理，其次依序為法律行動、政治行動、消費者主義、說服行動。本研究也發現，驅使電子產業從業人員去從事有利於環境行為之動力或誘因有公司對個人以加薪或給予獎金之方式鼓勵、政府對公司以減稅方式鼓勵、政府對公司以給予獎勵金之方式鼓勵、公司對個人以職位升等之方式鼓勵等。
