At the present time, we can not make an accurate or nearly accurate earthquakes forecasting, that is due to a measure of the basic lack of understanding of them. However groups of seismic research have been dealing with these problems for some twenty years. We develope here introductory reviews of the corresponding precursory theory and technique, most of them are based on the phenomenon of dialatancy in fluid-filled rocks, few are based on dialatancy indepently geomagnetic and statistical methods.
