摘要: | 中文摘要 辦公室自動化的範圍非常廣泛,許多大型或迷你型電腦的廠商都提供了許多這方面的工具程式軟體;然而對每一種辦公室自動化系統其所需求並不盡相同,所以所需之架構並不相同,在有些情況下,使用大型或迷你電腦是一種浪費。 本文強調使用國產中文個人電腦在電腦網路的配合下,將自動化的業務分為本地處理及通訊兩方面,使得當本地處理業務量遠大於通訊業務量時,這個架構將趨近於使用大型電腦或迷你電腦的效益。並分析不同的業務需求時,使用何種網路架構較為合適。
Abstract The scope of O.A. application is enormous. Many mainframe or mini-computer manufacturers provide various program tools and packages to help customers to develop their O.A. system. Since the applied requirements of each O.A. system is not the same, therefore the structure would be different. In some circumstances, it's not economic to use a mainframe or minicomputer to do the works. This Paper proposed that the performance of a chinese-based PC linked with bus will approach the behavior of large computer under the condition that the quantity of local processing of a O.A. job is much greater than the quantity of communication processing. Since the tasks of O.A. jobs can be classified into two parts: local processing part and communication processing part, meanwhile, we discuss which network structure meets our requirements for various O.A. applications. |
