摘要: | 中文摘要 景美溪為新店溪下游右岸支流,流域位於台北市之東南緣。面積113.72方公里,地形以丘陵、山地面積最廣,坡度以五級坡最多。石碇鄉及深坑鄉均以砂頁岩灰黃色幼黃壤分布最廣,土壤肥力不高。木柵則以沖積土及砂頁岩黃壤居多,土壤肥力較高。 依據航照判讀,發現本流域以往之茶園多已轉為住宅用地或墓地,墓地逐年擴大,茶園則逐漸縮小。土地利用變遷深受台北市之內引與外潤影響。目前土地超限利用達322公頃,這些土地以種植茶及果樹為主。但降限利用之土地亦有二千公頃之廣。因此,本流域尚有許多土地可供開發。 由於本流域毗鄰台北市信義新都市中心,將來土地利用地除應配合本區自然環境特性外,尤應順應台北都會區人口成長與活動之需求。因此,本流域未來之土地利用應以縣106號公路為軸線,提供各項遊憩活動設施、推廣觀光菜圃、花卉園藝、設立機關、學校及養老院等,較能配合本流域之地理環境。
Abstract Chingmei stream basin not only locates at the south-east edge of the Taipei metropolitan area but also closes to the new subcenter district of Taipei city. With its excellent geographical location, the basin is expected to be. intensely exploited in the near future. Accordingly, how does the basin should be utilized has been a great challenge to the government concerned. This paper intends to analyse the chracterestics of its physical environment and evaluate the optimum land use pattern. From the geographical viewpoint, the optimum measure for the land resources management of the basin would be providing a variety of recreation opportunity to meet the wide demand for recreation activities of the steadily increasing population of the Taipei metropolitan area. |
