      自從INEPT和DEPT脈衝序列能產生極性轉移的技術成功後,增加了磁轉比(γ)值小的核如碳-13的訊號強度。進而可以“光譜訊號分類”使得NMR的發展及應用,更為廣泛,理想。
      本文嘗試著對INEPT, DEPT, SEMUT多重脈衝序列的研究並以苯乙基(ethyl-benzene),異丁醇(isobutyl alcohol),4-甲基-2-戊酮(4-methyl-2-pentaone)使用Bruker 300 MHz的NMR及光譜儀,經過光譜加減處理後,可分別得到化合物之奇數碳和偶數碳,對確認其結構有相當助益。若尚有不確定可進一步處理光譜,得到各種碳(四級碳,三級碳,二級碳,一級碳)的訊號。

    Abstract
      Since the introduction of the INEPT, DEPT polarization transfer technique, a number of methods have been devised for the determination of proton multiplicities in<sup>13</sup>C NMR. In this paper we present SEMUT an alterative method for subspertral editing (SEMUT). With allows a complete separation into individual subspectra for all types of carbon resonances.
