    Abstract: 本文研究目的是檢驗犯罪嚇阻理論在台灣的適用性。針對204位大學生的自陳性問卷調查發現，自我產生的恥感可以嚇阻青少年從事部分的偏差行為，至於法律的處罰以及受外界影響的尷尬感則無明顯的效果。
