Abstract:	本研究之主要目的在於了解美國小學教師職前教育的歷史發展及各項制度內容。本研究透過文獻探討，歸納整理美國小學教師職前教育的歷史發展、理念取向、課程結構、教育實習制度、教師證照制度、師資培育學程評鑑認可制度等各方面的理論與實務，進而針對我國現況與問題脈絡，提出若干改革建議，作為規劃我國小學教師職前教育專業化的參酌。
