Abstract:	「全球化」的發展已為必然的趨勢，因全球化的迅速進行，為國際社會帶來一些前所未有的利益，但也衍生出跨國界的政治、經濟、社會、文化、宗教、族群等問題。「全球化」概念認知的差異，導因於各個國家的發展程度不一。因此，觀察一個國家處於全球化下的政策及未來走向，較為客觀的方式乃為分析其政策的適應性。本文提出「敏感性」與「脆弱性」的概念，做為分析中國大陸在全球化的壓力下的調適，及觀察解釋各種未來情況的依據。
