Abstract:	《呂氏春秋》為呂不韋召集門下客集體編撰而成，其目的乃為因應秦一統天下的時代氛圍，作為治國思想的理論依據。漢人班固謂其內容「兼儒墨，合名法」，可見其薈萃諸子百家學說的特質。前人多有辯議《呂氏春秋》主體思想者，或云儒，或曰墨，或謂道等等。究其實，呂氏乃在追求「王治」的前提下，以優勢互補的立場融攝諸子百家思想於一爐。今本文專從《呂氏春秋》「愛利安民」、「貴公去私」及「不偃義兵」等理念，尋繹其汲取、轉化自墨家思想與精神的痕跡。
