Abstract:	拙稿旨在疏解錢穆於民國41年(1952)在《中國歷代政治得失》<前言>中提出「歷史意見/時代意見」之內涵。進而追溯期淵源，以為「歷史意見/時代意見」當溯源至錢式《中國近三百年學術史》(民國26年)的「功力/學問」、「纂類/著作」說。「功力」思維實源至張學誠的「功力」說；「學問」說源自章氏的「著作」、「學/學問」、「性情/性靈」說。換言之，追溯錢氏「歷史意見/時代意見」的源頭，從章氏學說著手。
