Abstract:	本文先論永嘉學派之形成，與當時理學之狀況。並以永家學派集大成者葉適為重點，以其著作《習學記言序目》、《水心文集》為依據，系統闡述了永家學派的真正特色是反理學，並著力於論鄭，如排曾、思於道統外，歸《學》、《庸》於《戴記》中，黜太極之誣淫，包括質疑宋儒所推崇的孟子。
