Abstract:	「政書」係記載典章制度之文獻。書中所載類目，包羅甚廣；所徵引圖書，極為繁富。惟討論「政書」文獻價值之論著，極為罕見，此筆者擬一系列討論「政書」文獻之緣由。《文獻通考》為政書之一種，歷來討論是書者，多偏重在〈經籍考〉部分，全面討論《文獻通考》之文獻者，尚未之見。茲編討論《文獻通考》之內容取材、著錄文獻之方式、文獻之價值、運用文獻之方法及整理《文獻通考》之方法等。期望本篇之討論，讀者能更清楚瞭解《文獻通考》之文獻來源，並進而能正確取資。至於整理《文獻通考》，則有待圖書文獻學者之合作與努力。
