    Abstract: 皮日休是晚唐傑出的文學家，也是重要的儒學思想家，他身處在唐末宋初思想變遷的過渡時期，步履韓愈之後塵，以復興儒道統為職志，闡發儒學的本質，對於中唐儒學復興的承繼與發揚，以及宋初儒學發展的影響，有其不容忽視的關鍵地位。本文就其尊孔崇儒、倡言道統、排斥佛老、天人相分、性分三品、君臣以位等之儒學觀點加以析論之。
