Abstract:	禮本因時而有變革，且又多受當世禮政制約，故「新禮」世出－－或更之以時，或改之以制，或詮之以他義。六宗之禮自周制後，自漢至魏，義隨時變，禮或間有存廢。逮於北魏，隆禮議制，重行六宗，然論多有所闕，眾疑莫衷矣。北魏孝文帝元宏依禮就義，依政論制，欲定累世之疑，成一時「新禮」。其說兼綜漢魏禮學大家者言－－鄭玄、王肅之論均有所采，而輕重不同。本文類分學脈派，徵考時政，評議情實，俾學者討治此期禮學之取資也。
