Abstract:	在東漢時期，朝野充斥著讖緯迷信的思想，而這也是劉秀取得政權的和鞏固君權的思想工具。桓譚曾屢次上疏激烈的反對劉秀崇尚讖緯，為此他幾乎喪失生命，後來雖然免除死罪，但仍遭到貶謫。本文首先是對於秦漢時代讖緯思想的探討、以及桓譚的生平介紹、緯思想的研究（ 1 ）桓譚反讖緯神學（ 2 ）桓譚對世俗迷信、神仙思想的批判（ 3 ）否定神存形滅（ 4 ）重視教育思想、和桓譚對後世的影響等四部分。
