    Abstract: 本文從新北市在2016年年初修訂的新北市國民中小學身心障礙資源班實施要點出發,分享新法對於融合教育之影響以及筆者在教學現場觀察到的融合教育實際案例。新法的修訂,使融合教育在推行上更加多元,強調把特殊教育資源帶進普通班,讓特殊生能真正參與課堂。我們應落實法規精神,讓融合不只是形式上的融合,而是身心靈的融合。
