Abstract:	在現今政治、經濟、文化、資訊科技與環境不斷全球化的時代潮流下，跨文化溝通日益頻繁，跨文化能力已成為未來全球公民所應具備的關鍵能力。本文之目的乃在運用現有之國小學生跨文化能力指標，全面而有系統地闡述我國國小學生應具備之跨文化能力的內涵，並說明培育跨文化能力的可行方式，包含認知的、動態的、跨文化及其他養成方法，以作為我國教育實務工作者推動國際教育與提升學生跨文化能力之參考。
