Abstract:	目前台灣有 4 所提供藥物濫用者戒治處遇服務的獨立機構，為了強化國內戒治成效，在 95 年 1 月 1 日同時成立台中、新店及高雄戒治所，此種新成立機構強調整合醫療、社工及心理諮商服務以便強化戒治成效，為瞭解新成立戒治所成效，本篇研究報告於民國 97 年 5 月針對新成立台中戒治所及未成立前的台中監獄戒治分監的再犯率進行分析比較，依照法務部統計，在毒品戒治成立開始至 93 年 6 月底，其失敗率為 42.8％，本研究嘗試利用存活分析驗證是否在成立新戒治所前後再犯率有所不同，研究結果發現新成立戒治所有相對較低的再犯機率，此研究結果可作為當前戒治分監受戒治人是否要移送至新成立戒治所的參考。
