| Abstract: | 資優學生的學習能力較一般學生超前，卻
可能受限於主流教育所提供的環境缺乏挑戰
性，而導致其潛能無法充分施展。本文嘗試從
教學金三角的教育系統觀談起，強調教學的三
大組成要素―教師、學生及知識內容間，需要
建立良性的互動關係。繼而論述資優教育的理
念與目標，說明資優生有時被當成一個群體看
待，而忽略其個別間與個體內在的差異，因此
資優生的差異特質有待人們加以重視。不論資
優教育的哲學觀、價值觀為何，都在於促進個
人發展與社會進步。最後論及「適異性」理念
在教學上的意義，期待教育工作者能尊重資優
學生的差異性，提供適性教育以發揮其潛能。 |
