摘要: | 中文摘要 教育實習是教師社會化的關鍵期,國外許多學者均致力於實習教師社會化之研究。本研究之目的有四: 一、探討教師社會化之理論模式。 二、分析實習教師社會化之影響因素。 三、瞭解實習教師社會化之歷程。 四、提出改革師範教育之建議。 依據研究分析,本研究提示以下七項建議: 一、充實師範院校的通識課程。 二、創造獨特卻不孤立的師範教育環境。 三、加強教育專業課程。 四、強化師範生的心理輔導。 五、加強教育實習輔導的功能。 六、改善中小學教育實習的環境。 七、研究實習教師的主動創造性。
Abstract Student teaching is the critical period of teacher socialization, many foreign scholars have been engaged in research about student teaching. Therefore, the main purposes of this study are: l. to investigate the theoritical models of student teachers' socialization; 2. to understand the process of student teachers' socialization; 3.to analysis the agents of student teachers' socialization; 4.to make some suggestions for improving the teachers education based upon the findings of this study. According to the findings, some suggestions are presented: 1. to reinforce the general curriculum of the normal college; 2. to create a special but not an isolative environment of the normal college; 3. to reinforce the professional education of the normal college; 4.to strengthen the mental guidance of the normal students; 5. to reinforce the functions of the student teaching supervision; 6. to improve the teaching conditions in the primary and secondary schools; 7.to research the active creativity of student teachers. |
