Abstract:	我們生活的環境是個地狹人稠、工商產業高度發展之地，能作為垃圾處理的用地相當有限，何況所需的資源大多仰賴進口，由此可見垃圾分類、資源回收再利用的重要性了，更可藉以達成垃圾減量及資源保有兩大環保措施。文中將減少垃圾產量的具體可行方法，從日常生活上一一詳列說明。同時又舉鄰國日本處理垃圾的成功實例，可資參考，要確實推動家戶垃圾分類收集並配令有效的強制執行辦法外，還得採用新處理技術，藉現代科技的力量一併解決垃圾問題。相信在不久的將來，我們的生活環境一定會大大的改善。
