摘要: | 本研究的目的為了解情障兒童在兒童中心式遊戲治療中語言表達,非語言表達,遊戲活動及玩具選擇之類型。研究者以四位中年級的情障兒童為對象。每位兒童在同一時期接受同一位治療者每週一次的遊戲治療直到情障問題獲得穩定的改善。四位案主一共接受七十九回合的遊戲治療。研究者將七十九回合的遊戲治療作全程的錄影,根據修定自withee的量表,由十位評量者,以十分鐘為準,截取前中後三段來作評量,分析各階段中出現率最高的語言表達,非語言表達,遊戲活動及玩具選擇型,研究者以各項目在各階段中的次數或時數總和為分子,以該量表所有項目在三階段中出現次數或時數總和為分母,依此將各項目在各階段中出現的相對次數換算出來。結果發現: (一)開始階段中四位案主的語言表達多屬被動式及簡句型;非語言表達重疊性高;常見的是對遊戲室或玩具好奇或藉非語言被動的回應治療者;常見的遊戲類型為探索式及不明確式遊戲;在此階段出現率最高的玩具選擇會持續出現到最後階段。 (二)中間階段中案主們語言表達顯露對遊戲的投入更深;逐漸出現主動的語言表達,內容和句型出現複雜化及較豐富的表達;非語言表達中出現正負向情緒的表達,對遊戲投入加深及較少用非語言被動回映治療者的現象;遊戲活動類型中探索式遊戲已消失,並有女童玩戲劇式遊戲,男童玩攻擊式遊的性別差異現象;玩具類型的選擇上發現在中間階段出現率最高的類型在結束階度也會走出現率最高的類型。 (三)在結束階段四位案主均會作主動的語言表達,內容和句型均達到最豐富最長,以及對自己的信心增加;非語言表達則以正向情緒為主,會主動對治療者作非語言表達;對遊戲更投入也更想和治療者建立關係;遊戲活動類型上有正向化趨勢,以創造式遊戲,關係式遊戲及重整環境式遊戲為主;玩具選擇在種類上有減少和集中化的現象。 The problem of this research was to investigate the patterns of verbal expression, nonverbal expression, play activity and toy selection during the process of child-centered play therapy. Three boys and one girl, aged 9-10, had emotional disturbance were assigned to this research. Each participants received weekly play therapy sessions which were videotaped until their problems had resolved. The total sessions of four clients were 79. The same counselor, play room, material and the same observers were used throughout the research. Each of the 79 sessions were analyzed by examing the nonverbal expression, verbal expression, play activity and toy selection during the beginning, middle and last ten minutes segments of each session. The categorized data were converted to percentage frequency by dividing the total frequency in each category by the total frequency of all categories in each phase and all sessions. The data derived from this research suggest: (1)In the beginning phase, the children showed passive and simple verbal patterns; nonverbally expressed curiosity about the play room and verification of therapist's response; engaged in exploratory, non-committal play; selecting toys which were choose until last phase. (2)In the middle phase, more verbally comments were made about their play; nonverbally showing positive and negative feelings, exploratory play disappeared; Non-committal play, aggressive and dramatic and role play became the major activities; The toy with highest frequency would lasted until last phase; (3)In the last phase, verbally express self confidence; nonverbally showing interest in establishing interpersonal relationship with therapist, positive feelings expression reached their peak; The play activity reaching positive side; The toy selection showed sex difference. |
