Abstract:	近年來，在「學科取向藝術教育」與「視覺文化藝術教育」兩大派典的辯論之下，藝術教育課程與教學法有了更創新與包容的內涵，然而藝術教育工作者的處境，仍舊擺盪在「不能從事專業創作」與「教畫畫的」刻板印象之間。究竟藝術教育工作者的處境有沒有其他的出口？當「視覺文化」藝術教育積極向外跨領域，從文學、社會學、文化研究、女性研究等他學門/領域借用研究途徑之際，藝術創作能不能藉由「定義」的擴充，與光譜另一端點的藝術教育有對話的機會。甚至將藝術教育工作者的教學實踐，看作是另一種當代藝術美學的創作形式？借用女性主義觀點理論（feminist standpoint theory）的研究立場，筆者重新省思，希望對當前藝術教育工作者的實踐與處境提供另一種不同的思維向度。
