Abstract:	本研究旨在比較 91至 93學年度臺北市教學輔導教師制度試辦之成效與困難。研究方法採問卷調查法，研究樣本共1016人，其中，91、92、93學年各有170、324、522人，資料分析採卡方考驗與單因子變異數分析。研究結果為：　　一、教學導師制度實施現況不同學年度受試者，對教學導師制度設置目的實際需求程度、職前培訓課程需求與週數、主要服務內容等看法，皆達顯著差異。　　二、教學導師制度實施成效不同學年度受試者，對教學導師與夥伴教師互動滿意程度的看法達顯著差異；且不同學年度的受試者，對教學導師制度所發揮的部份功能之看法亦達顯著差異。　　三、教學導師制度實施困難不同學年度受試者，對教學導師制度實施的部份困難之看法已達顯著差異。　　最後，根據研究結果，提出若干建議，以作為教學導師制度實務推動及未來研究的參考。
