Abstract:	本研究旨在探討優秀中小學校長辦學經驗。研究對象乃是15位現職優秀中小學校長，其中，女校長四位、男校長有11位。研究方法主要採取晤談法蒐集資料，並進行資料的質性分析，研究工具則是優秀中小學校長辦學經驗訪談綱要。根據研究目的，本研究的主要研究發現有：(1)優秀校長皆具有正面的辦學理念：(2)優秀校長都具有積極正向的人格特質與專業態度；(3)優秀校長辦學會掌握校務發展規劃及實施特色；(4)優秀校長辦學會注重行政管理程序；(5)優秀校長辦學會強調課程與教學領導；(6)優秀校長辦學會注意良好公共關係營造。
