Abstract:	本研究目的有二：1.探討教育、教學、教授及課程等術語的日本使用情形。2.分析與歸納日本使用教育、教學、教授及課程等術語的內涵。本文蒐集日本福澤諭吉文章與著作，以及明治時期到二次大戰後公布的教育法規等重要文獻，加以分析、比較與歸納，最後獲致一些結論。重要的結論有：1.教育泛指教與學所有事務。2.教學指教與學二事。3.教授即教或teaching的意思。4.課程由專指教科，擴及教科外的活動。5.日本用詞符合中文經典與語文傳統且語義比我國精準。
