Abstract:	世界各國家地區，為了確保基礎教育的質量，莫不對於中小學教育內涵及師生作為有一些要求或規範。這些規範的公佈周知，經常用了不同名稱，例如課程標準、教育法案、教育標準、教學計劃、課程計劃、教學大綱及課程指引等。經由歷史文獻內容的分析、比較和推論，我們可以探究課程標準所具有的組成要素。從上世紀中國百年來的課程標準、教學計劃、教學大綱及外國的課程標準的內容分析，我們可以發現課程標準所具有的一些組成要素，如目標、科目、時間、科目內容、教材教法、教學及名稱等，作者最後提出五項結論供讀者參考。
