Abstract:	本文經由理論分析探討課程及課程組織語詞概念的使用情形。全文蒐集大量資料，描述中西課程及課程組織語詞的使用情形，並且確定了課程一詞在當前教育學術領域的盛行。隨後分析不同的課程及課程組織概念的特徵。最後整理不同時期不同學者們的課程觀點，經過分析與比較，歸納出課程及課程組織的重要特質。本研究提出的結論是，課程即人們預定的教育內容和活動，從中文角度來說，課程即教育內容、教育內容的各種組織、或教育內容有關的計畫。課程組織即課程的組織過程、活動及結果。
