Abstract:	我國是以出口為導向的島國經濟型態，技職人才的培育，一直以來隨著經濟的發展，扮演著人才庫的角色。近年由於全球產業的變遷，產業結構升級需求殷切，以及全球化的青年失業率居高不下，技職教育在失業呂高漲的年代，因具有就業優勢的加持，逐漸炙手可熱。本文就技職教育人才培育現況，探討技職教育所面臨的人才培育問題，進一步研析技職人才培育的前瞻願景，以達成「提升國家競爭力，增進國民生活品質，促進永續發展，成為現代化國家」之整體國家發展願景。
