Abstract:	在這篇回應中，我們將焦點放在兩個評論意見。一、我們的文章指出儒家經典中的思想與人權理念有契合之處，但評論者認為這論點的意義不大，而且忽略了中國歷來均未能建立人權保障機制的事實；第二個批評認為，杜威教育哲學中的民主與人權觀，在1949年前的中國與1949年後的台灣，其實並未發生實質的影響。針對這兩個批評，作者都舉證加以反駁，同時再次重申對台灣人權教育推動的樂觀期待。
